The PACE program offers a safe and welcoming environment for adults who wish to remain independent but are unable to stay at home alone, and qualify for nursing-home level care.
The facility is a state of the art, comfortable environment. The program offers day time entertainment and activities, meals, healthcare, dentistry and other benefits. Scroll down to see a full list of services.
The spiritual setting, a newly renovated historic church building, offers a perfect place for reflection, as well as a social environment that keeps our guests engaged in their community.
Who is eligible?
Individuals 55 years and older who are:
- Eligible for nursing home care.
- Ambulatory - may use walker, cane or wheelchair.
- If wheelchair bound, able to transfer with limited help from one staff person.
- Continent of bowels (urinary incontinence accepted if disposable undergarments used)
- Not a disturbance to others
- Not a danger to themselves or others

Registered Nurses and Assistants provide the following services based on individual client’s needs:
- Education
- Case Management
- Transportation
- Personal Care
- Recreation
- Exercise Therapy
- Meals
- Nutritional counseling
- Pastoral Care
- Medical Supervision
- Companionship
A Holistic Healthcare Facility
Holistic healthcare means that the mind, spirit and body are all important to an individual’s health.
The site also features a dentist, mental health counselors and other healthcare professionals.
